REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Non-Refundable Transaction Fees 

When an order is placed, our payment processor charges a fee that is never refunded to us, even if you cancel your order. If a cancellation is agreed upon before dispatch, the following non-refundable fees will be deducted from your refund:

• Standard UK Cards: 2.0% + 25p

• International & Amex Cards: 3.1% + 25p

• Klarna / Clearpay: 4.99% + 30p

By placing an order, you agree that these processing fees are non-refundable. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable once an item has been dispatched.

Hygiene & Bespoke Exemptions (No Returns)

• Hygiene-Sensitive Products: For health protection reasons, hair extensions and beauty products are non-returnable. If the hygiene seal or security ties are broken, the item is strictly ineligible for return.

• Bespoke Goods: Any items with Custom Colouring are personalised to your requirements and cannot be cancelled or returned once the process has begun.
