SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Fast Track Orders

For the fastest possible dispatch, we recommend Paying in Full at checkout.

• Pay in Full: These orders are verified instantly and enter our processing queue immediately.

• Klarna & Clearpay: These services require a mandatory 7-10 days security holding period before we can begin processing your order. Please factor this in if you require your hair for a specific date.

Delivery Timelines

• UK Hair Orders (Virgin & Raw): 3–4 working days processing + 10–14 working days for delivery.

• UK Beauty Products: 1–3 working days processing + 5–7 working days for delivery.

• Custom Colouring Services: Please allow an additional 3–5 working days for our specialists to ensure a high quality finish.

• International Orders: Following processing, please allow 15–20 working days for delivery.

• Bank Holidays: We do not ship on UK Bank Holidays; please account for these in your expected wait time.

Address Accuracy & Liability

• Incorrect Addresses: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the shipping address is 100% correct at the time of purchase. Kmari Kollection is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Once dispatched, we cannot intercept or amend delivery details.

• Courier Issues: We are not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been collected by the courier (e.g., Royal Mail). Should your parcel go missing, we recommend contacting the courier directly with your tracking number. While we are not liable for carrier errors, we are happy to assist by providing necessary order documentation for your claim.

• Failed Delivery Attempts: It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery. If you are not home and the courier is unable to deliver, or if you fail to collect the parcel from a local sorting office within the courier's timeframe, Kmari Kollection is not liable for any subsequent loss, theft, or damage to the parcel.
